There's just too much company.
When I listen to these older recordings Conor Oberst released ten years ago, I admire them. He was my age when he did all this. He was so ahead, in my opinion. And they sound so simple, and to some people, horrible, because of his voice that trembles with an air of uncertainty. But I enjoy them.

avant noise is an attempt to expose you to the lesser known musical artists that exist, and perhaps the occasional feature of a better known artist.My first real attempt at doing anything like this started in January of 2007 with a myspace web page. That did not work as planned. Who's to say this won't work either? I don't know. But what I do know is, I'm hoping that this will reach people, even if it is just one or two other kids out there who are just as enthusiastic about exploring the vast and deep musical waters as I am. Let the audio discoveries commence!
